CATDOLL: "Havoc in Heaven" won the 23rd College Student Film Festival

The 23rd Beijing University Student Film Festival officially opened on April 9. "Dream Partners" directed by Zhang Taiwei was presented as the opening film. The film's director Zhang Taiwei, starring Yao Chen, Tang Yan, and members of the UNIQ group came to the scene.

This year's film festival invited well-known scholars to select ten classic domestic animated films to encourage animation film workers in the industry to continue to innovate and create more excellent animation works. A special award ceremony of "Tribute: 90 Years of Chinese Animation Art Classics" was held on site, and ten films including "Havoc in Heaven", "Journey to the West: Hero is Back", "Three Monks", "Little Tadpole Looking for His Mother", "Nezha Conquers the Dragon King", "Princess Iron Fan", "The Lotus Lantern", "The Proud General", "The Magic Book of Heaven (Part 1)", and "Legend of the Rabbit Hero" were awarded this honor.

During this year's film festival, the 34 shortlisted films will be screened at the China Film Archive for two weeks from April 25 to May 6. The opening film "Dream Partners" will be released nationwide on April 29.
