CATDOLL: Shinji Ogawa is in poor health and the voice actor of Blood Blockade Battlefront has been replaced

The TV animation "Blood Blockade Battlefront" which will begin broadcasting in April this year announced today that Shinji Ogawa, who voices the character Gilbert F. Ottostein in the play, will be replaced by Ginga Manjo, who has played classic characters such as Gihren Zabi in the animation "Mobile Suit Gundam 0079" and Emperor Magellan in "Space Majin: Great Swordsman", due to poor health.

Blood Blockade Battlefront is a manga created by Yasuhiro Naito. The work was first published in the June 2008 issue of Jump Square, a Shueisha publication, and was later renamed Blood Blockade Battlefront -Makai Kaisha- in the February 2009 issue of the magazine, ending in the April issue. The work was republished in the second issue of Jump Square Masterpiece published in October of the same year, and continued to be serialized in the supplement Jump SQ.19, the first issue of 2010.
