CATDOLL: "God Eater" is finally being animated. Are you all eagerly waiting for it?

There were many exciting news announced at TGS. One of them was that the popular action game "God Eater" on PSP and PSV will finally be adapted into an animation! Why do I say finally? The animation production will be handed over to ufotable, which has produced the theatrical version of the "Kara no Kyoukai" series and the TV animation "Fate/Zero". God Eater is an action game developed by NBGI and released for PSP in February 2010. The official sequel God Eater 2 was released in 2013 for PSP and PS Vita.

Story summary:

This is a fictional story of the future fifty years from now, where the world is devoured by "gods" and becomes desolate. The world loses its balance due to the destruction of the sudden monster "Aragami". As the existing weapons of human civilization are ineffective due to the "predatory" instinct of Aragami, the biochemical technology company "Fenrir" successfully uses Aragami cells to develop a biological weapon called "God Machine".
