At the same time, the listed company will issue shares to no more than 10 (including 10) qualified specific objects to raise matching funds, and the total amount of matching funds raised shall not exceed 904 million yuan, that is, no more than 100% of the transaction price of the target assets.

The transaction consideration will be paid by the listed company through the issuance of shares and payment of cash. 36.27% of the transaction consideration (RMB 327,852,000) will be paid by issuing shares, with a total of 12,624,254 shares issued, and the remaining 63.73% (RMB 576,148,000) will be paid in cash.
