CATDOLL: "Food Wars! Soma" Season 2 Animation Pre-heating Voice Actor Starts Cooking Battle

The second season of the TV animation of "Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma", an adaptation of the popular manga, which is scheduled to be aired in July 2016, recently launched a related voice actor reality show to warm up for the animation. In the "Food Wars! Maihama Festival", the voice actors of the main characters of the animation took the stage for a wonderful cooking showdown.

In the program, including Matsuoka Yoshitsugu (Soma Yukihira), Taneda Risa (Erina Nakiri), Takahashi Minami (Megumi Tadokoro), Hanae Natsuki (Takumi) and Ono Tomoki (Isami), Ōnishi Saori (Hisako Niito), Sakurai Takahiro (Isshiki Kei), Suwabe Junichi (Ryo Hayama) took the stage and divided into 4 groups for a cooking showdown, with Sakurai Takahiro serving as the host.

The show was quite entertaining, including visual challenges and taste challenges, and the theme of the final cooking showdown was omelette rice and pasta. Unexpectedly, Junichi Suwabe's cooking skills were unexpectedly good.
