CATDOLL: The most expensive crowdfunded animation "Under The Dog" first released PV Tokyo Explosion

Previously, the Japanese animation "Under The Dog" launched an online crowdfunding campaign, and finally raised a total of 878,028 US dollars in production funds, not only successfully reaching the original goal of 580,000 US dollars, but also setting a world record for online fundraising. Now the animation studio has released the official PV of this work. This PV is less than 1 minute in total, but it shows us the exquisite production and plot information. At the same time, the official also released the plot and broadcast time of this work. This work will meet with everyone on August 1, 2016, and it is estimated to be a short animation of about 24 minutes.

"Under The Dog" is an original sci-fi action animation set in Tokyo in 2025. The production team has brought together many well-known names in the industry, including Ishiiji Rou, who produced "428 Shibuya Blockade" and "Time Traveler", Kozaki Yuusuke, who participated in "Fire Emblem Awakening" and "Puzzle & Dragons", Yura Hiroaki, who was responsible for "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya", and Ando Shinyu, who worked on "Hanasaku Iroha" and "Zeuen no Tempest". It is definitely a super luxurious production lineup.

The story of this animation takes place in 2025. In the animation, the Tokyo Olympics, which was originally scheduled to open in 2020, could not be held due to a large-scale terrorist attack. These terrorist attacks placed the main venues of the Tokyo Olympics and the area including Tokyo Bay under the jurisdiction of the United Nations. Fuyutsuki Hana is a 17-year-old female high school student living in this bayside area. She looks ordinary, but she is a member of the special forces under the jurisdiction of the United Nations. One day, in order to complete a mission, Fuyutsuki Hana transferred to a public high school. Her mission target is a boy from this high school, Shunichi Nanase, and this school is about to become a battlefield.

The United Nations has trained a special force called "UNDER DOG", which consists of seven boys and girls called "Flowers", each of whom has special abilities that ordinary people cannot imagine. This group of young people has been stripped of all emotions and continues to carry out missions that only success and no failure is allowed.
