CATDOLL: The popular manga "37.5℃ Tears" live-action Japanese drama version announces the cast

Recently, the live-action Japanese drama version of the popular manga "37.5℃ Tears" based on the original work of Chika Shiina announced the cast. Renbutsu Misako, who has starred in "Hanamizuki" and "The Tale of Genji: Millennium Mystery", will play the protagonist Sugisaki Momoko.

This is Renbutsu's first appearance in a private radio drama. In order to play this role, Renbutsu Misako cut her long hair, and her appearance became closer to the image of the "sick child nurse" who takes care of the sick child of Momoko Sugisaki in the original work. Asahina Motoharu, who silently supports and protects the clumsy Momoko, is played by the popular actor Narimiya Hiroki. Momoko's customer, single father Shinohara Kensuke, is played by Hayami Momochi. The love triangle centered on Momoko and these two men is also worthy of special attention. In addition, Fujiki Naoto plays Momoko's boss Yanagi Shuji, Miki Mizuno plays the senior caregiver, Asano Atsuko plays Momoko's mother Fumiko, and Mizukami Kensei plays her brother Yuki. The good friend Yumika is played by Trindl Rena.

"37.5℃ Tears" tells the story of the protagonist Momoko Sugisaki, a newly appointed "sick child nurse" who takes care of sick children. Because she is not good at expressing herself, she is nicknamed "the nurse who can't smile". While caring for the sick children, she also has to deal with the family problems hidden behind the sick children. The first episode will be broadcast on TBS from 21:00 on July 9.

Comments by Renbutsu Misako:

The character I play, Momoko Sugisaki, is clumsy, but she is a very positive woman. People around her find her funny. Sick nurses are sent to different places, encounter different family situations and different things. Failure, frustration, being scolded, crying, laughing, falling in love, Momoko is full of different troubles. After reading the original work, I cut my hair to get closer to the protagonist as much as possible. While I was immersed in being cared for by men, I was shocked by the acting of Atsuko Asano, who made me see a slightly scary mother. I will work harder to play the role of Momoko in the future. I can't help it. I'm really excited.

Narimiya Hiroki's comment:

It's an interesting TV series. Renbutsu Misako plays Momoko, a child-friendly nurse. I play a management role among the sick child care staff. Anyway, I look forward to the TV series.

Comments by Hayamichi:

After reading the original manga, I was also inspired by the positive and cheerful attitude of the protagonist Momoko. I played Shinohara, a single father of a 6-year-old son. No matter how the story unfolds between Momoko and Shinohara, please pay attention to the words of Ding Yinbai.

Miki Mizuno commented:

I was shocked after reading the original manga. I'm sorry to all the fans of the original manga. The character I play, Seki Megumi, is a 33-year-old big-breasted nurse. I didn't have big breasts when I was 33! I will try my best to play the role of "Megumi" in my own way. Since I am a senior, I should support the newcomers!

Comments from Naoto Fujiki:

This TV series made me realize the existence of sick child care workers and the importance of raising children. The original work and the TV series are equally good, please be sure to watch it.
