According to the sneak peek of the September 4th issue of the youth manga magazine "Young Gangan" (SQUARE ENIX), which will be officially released tomorrow (August 21st), the popular manga "Goddess of the Wagtail" which has been adapted into a TV anime, the final volume 18 and "Goddess of the Wagtail Picture Book 2" will be released at the same time in late October. "Wagtail Goddess" is a manga series by Gokurakuin Sakurako that has been serialized since 2004. It tells the story of a repeater named Kaito Sasahashi who failed the college entrance examination and encountered a girl who fell from the sky and got involved in a battle with wagtails. The TV anime version aired two seasons in July 2008 and July 2010, and many derivative products such as OVA, radio drama and games have also been produced. After 11 years of serialization, the original manga will publish the finale in "Young Gangan" which will be released tomorrow. After the completion of "Goddess of the Wagtail", the school fantasy manga "Caricature of Resurrection" with Gokurakuin Sakurako as the original plan, setting and storyboard will be serialized in the October issue of "Monthly Shonen Gangan" released on September 12.
