CATDOLL: "Tonkatsu DJ Yotaro" announced TV animation, with Daichi Hotaro as director

"Tonkatsu DJ Yotaro" has been announced to be adapted into a TV animation, and the production team has been announced. The director is Daichi Harutarou, who has been in charge of works such as "Gag Manga Hiyori", "Kamisama Kiss" and "DD Fist of the North Star", and the music is given to "Fujiwara Daisuke". The animation is produced by studio DEEN, which has produced works such as "Sanka Reiya", "Nura: Rise of the Yokai Cry", "Umineko no Naku Kotaro" and "Higurashi no Sorrow".

"Tonkatsu DJ Yotaro" is a manga that began serialization on Shueisha's application software "Weekly Shonen JUMP+" in September 2014. It was originally designed by IIPYAO and illustrated by Yujiro Koyama.

"Tonkatsu DJ Yotaro" tells the story of Katsumata Yotaro, the heir to a tonkatsu shop, who, after being impacted by club culture, discovers the common ground between tonkatsu and DJ and decides to work towards both.
