CATDOLL: The manga "Cheng and Sumire" is adapted into a Japanese drama, with Mirei Kiritani playing the heroine who turns young

This year, the movie "20 Again" was released in mainland China. I believe everyone still remembers it. Recently, Takanashi Mitsuha's popular work "Cum and Sumire" which is currently serialized in the women's manga magazine "Cocohana" announced a live-action Japanese drama. Kiritani Mirei plays the heroine who rejuvenates from 65 to 20 years old. The live-action Japanese drama version is scheduled to be broadcast on TV Asahi from January 2016.

The live-action Japanese drama version will add new characters and new elements based on the comic version, bringing a suspenseful love story for adult women. The original author Takanashi Mitsuha said on Twitter: "Now that the news has been officially announced, I would like to thank my friends who sent me congratulations so quickly. I am also looking forward to the early broadcast of the Japanese drama version." The lead actress Kiritani Mirei left a very deep impression on the audience in the live-action movie "The Heroine Disqualified". Regarding this new role, she said: "I hope I can play this role as the purest and most hardworking woman I have ever played."

"Cum and Sumire" tells the story of the single protagonist Kisaragi Sumire, who has never been in a relationship or attended college and has hurriedly entered the age of 65. One day, she suddenly unlocked the seal of an ancient screen and suddenly turned back to 20 years old. She started living a new life as a female college student Kisaragi Sumire and enjoying her youth.
