The script of this movie is written by Makoto Shinkai himself, the voice actors of the male and female protagonists are Ryunosuke Kamiki and Mone Kamishiraishi respectively, and the character design of the animation is done by Masaga Tanaka, the character designer of "Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day", and the animation supervisor is Masashi Ando, ​​who has participated in the production of Studio Ghibli's theatrical version.
