On January 7, the Famous Animation Academy and High-end Digital Entertainment Talent Enterprise Matchmaking Forum was successfully held at the Shanghai campus. CG masters from all walks of life, Dean Zeng Jian of the School of Art and Design of Shanghai Sibo College, Qu Xiaodan, CEO of Shanghai Jupiter Creative Design Co., Ltd., and Cai Hengyang, Director of Human Resources of Youzu Interactive, and other leaders attended the launch conference of the Academy.

In addition, Dong Ming, Deputy General Manager of Mingdong Digital Entertainment, revealed that Dashen Academy will gradually attract more masters from different professional directions and different fields. We will initiate more industrial-level resource docking cooperation such as education course incubation, R&D project incubation, IP content incubation, channel platform incubation, and capital investment based on skill-transferring vocational education, and connect the final product with universities and enterprises.

In addition, Dean Zeng of the School of Art and Design of Shanghai Sibo College expressed his views on talent education and training, hoping to vigorously promote talent training, industrial research and development, and industrial incubation in my country's animation and game industry with the help of the platform of the Great Seminary, and hope to bring the professional courses of famous animation into colleges and universities to form a "college alliance" to jointly educate people and export more high-end professional talents to the Chinese animation and game market. In response to the shortage of high-end professionals in the industry, Qu Xiaodan, CEO of Shanghai Jupiter Creative Design Co., Ltd., gave a speech: The Great Seminary platform provides a good platform for cultivating high-end compound professional talents. I personally hope that more elite professionals can be cultivated through the Great Seminary to connect with enterprises. Cai Hengyang, director of human resources at Youzu Network, also said that the market is in urgent need of high-end professional and technical talents. my country's game talent gap is as high as 600,000, while there are less than 3,000 game professionals.
