Three years after the completion of "The Student Council's Personal Opinion", the original author Aoi Kannan announced a new 144-page spin-off novel "The Resurrection of the Student Council", which will be released as a gift in the September 2016 issue of Fujimi Shobo's light novel magazine "DRAGON MAGAZINE".

"The Student Council's Opinion" is a light novel about daily life in the school that was released from 2008 to 2013 (a total of 10 volumes), and there is also a spin-off novel "The Student Council Apocalypse" with 8 volumes, which was completed in July 2013. The original novel was also adapted into two seasons of animation.
