After the first promotional PV of the new July anime "God Eater" was released a few days ago, the official finally announced the broadcast time of the work today. According to the official news, the TV animation "God Eater" will be broadcast on TOKYO MX as early as 22:30 on July 5.

This is a fictional story set 50 years from now, in which the world is devoured by "gods" and becomes desolate. The world loses its balance due to the destruction of the sudden monster "Aragami". As the existing weapons of human civilization are ineffective due to the "predatory" instinct of Aragami, the biochemical technology company "Fenrir" successfully uses Aragami cells to develop a biological weapon called "God Machine". At the same time, a special force "GOD EATER" was organized. Since then, humans have finally gained the power to fight against Aragami. Thus, the war between Aragami, who pursues the ultimate in intellect, and humans, who pursue the continuation of the species, begins. At the end of destruction, will gods become humans first, or will humans become gods first?
