The manga "Fukuyadou Honpo" created by Japanese manga artist Yuchi Yayomi will be adapted into a live-action Japanese drama. The story tells the love life of three sisters born in a long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Kyoto, depicting the unique cultural customs of Kyoto. The original work was serialized in Shueisha from 1995 to 2000, and the 7 volumes of the library version are on sale. The September issue of Shueisha's manga magazine Monthly YOU, which will be released on August 12, will start the serialization of Yuzhi's "Fukuyadou Honpo 2". The sequel tells the story of the new life 30 years after the story of "Fukuyadou Honpo". |
