The March issue of Shueisha's manga magazine "V Jump" announced that the upcoming theatrical animation "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F" will be serialized in a three-chapter manga version in the April issue of the magazine. The manga version will be written by cartoonist Toyotaro. Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F is the 19th animated theatrical version of Dragon Ball, a manga by Japanese cartoonist Akira Toriyama. This work is the first theatrical version written by Akira Toriyama himself, and the second theatrical version with Akira Toriyama as the story setting after Dragon Ball Z: Rise of the Gods in 2013.
