Asa Ekstrom, also known as the protagonist of the comic, Osa, is a Swedish girl who started studying in Japan in 2011. She was influenced by "Sailor Moon" and "Inuyasha" and aspired to become a cartoonist. She drew four-frame comics based on what she saw and heard in Japan. After publishing them on her personal blog "The Amazing Japan Through the Eyes of a Nordic Girl", which attracted a large number of loyal readers, she was noticed by Kadokawa and officially published on March 6! Her works have also received praise from the famous animation director Kunihiko Ikuhara and the Swedish ambassador to Japan.
