It won the 27th Nebula Award in 1996 and the 17th Kodansha Manga Award in 1993. The serialization was originally based on horror, and it was classified as an 18-rated manga due to some bloody scenes. The story tells the story of the coexistence of the unknown parasite "MIGI" (this name means right in Japanese, and the English translation is Lefty because the reading direction of English and Japanese is opposite, and the pictures are published in a mirror image, so the translation is Lefty) and the protagonist Izumi Shinichi. 【Story Introduction】

The future of the whole world has fallen into endless panic. The protagonist Izumi Shinichi is of course one of the humans parasitized by the parasitic creatures, but due to some accident, the creature (MIGI, translated as Mickey in the Chinese version) parasitic in his body did not merge with his brain, but merged with his right hand.
