Today, the domestic animation company Fanfan announced that it has obtained the adaptation rights of "Himusuma! Umaru-chan" and "The Prisoner of Gourmet" from Shueisha, and will launch live-action adaptations in 2017. Fanfan plans to cooperate with leading industry partners such as NetEase, Youku, Li Euro Power, Caesar Holdings, Beidou Penguin, and Haitian Films on new original comic IP projects.
