CATDOLL: Completely new theatrical version "Love Live! The School Idol Movie" will be released on June 13

At the end of the final episode of the second season of the TV animation "Love Live!", which ended in June last year, the official revealed the first and second parts of the fifth anniversary project, which mentioned a completely new movie version, but the official has not announced it yet. Now, the latest information about this movie version has finally surfaced. The title of the new work is "Love Live! The School Idol Movie", and the release date is set for June 13 this year! "Love Live!" is a campus idol project jointly launched by the well-known animation production company SUNRISE, the record company Lantis and the magazine "Dengeki G's Magazine". The character design and illustrations are by Yuhei Murota, and the story is by Sakurako Kouno. As for the voice actors, there are many new faces in the voice actors when the project is just launched. Currently, several singles, short animations, trading card games, etc. have been launched. The work mainly tells the story of a traditional school "Otonokizaka Academy" located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, which is facing the crisis of closing down due to a sharp drop in the number of students. In this way, nine girls with distinct personalities decided to work hard together to become idols, hoping to increase the number of students with the fame of idols to save their favorite campus.
