We have previously reported on the release of a special trailer for the sequel to the "Wake Up, Girls!" movie. Recently, new news about "Wake Up, Girls" has been released. Today, WUG officially revealed that the sequel movie will be divided into two parts, and released the poster for the sequel movie. "Wake Up, Girls!" is an original idol animation directed by Yamamoto Kan. The 12 episodes tell the story of 7 girls in the Tohoku region who strive to become idols. This animation is to support the Tohoku region that was hit by the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. The seven protagonists in the play will be played by new voice actors selected in the auditions held by avex and 81produce. The word of mouth of the audience for the theatrical version and the TV version was quite polarized. Supporters believed that WUG was a realistic inspirational idol story, while pessimists believed that WUG's drawing quality was not up to standard and the animation production level was too poor. However, no matter how the audience argued, WUG survived these controversies step by step. In July-August 2015, the second Live will be held, and the first part of the sequel theatrical version will be released in September, and the second part in December. In the official visual image released before, the seven girls of WUG seemed to be challenging the Tokyo Dome, the holy land of Japanese idols. I hope that WUG can attract more fans this year with the second Live and the sequel theatrical version. 【STAFF】 Original: Green Leaves Original Project: Director: Hiroshi Yamamoto Screenplay: Naoko Toda Music: Kamimae Akatsuki·MONACA Character setting: Naoki Chikaoka Music production: DIVE II entertainment Animation production: Ordet x Dragon Child Production 【CAST】 Shimada Mayu: Yoshioka Mayu Hayashida Blue: Nagano Airi Katayama Miba: Tanaka Minami Nanase Yoshino: Ao Yoshino Nanami Kumi: From the Seven Seas Summer Night in the Chrysanthemum Field: Okuno Kaya Okamoto Miyu: Takagi Miyu |
