CATDOLL: Warrior Entertainment appears at WonderCon and plans to be on par with Marvel and DC in 5 to 10 years

Recently, the CEO and Chief Creative Officer of the American comic company Warrior Entertainment, Denis Shamdasani, led the team's core writers and artists to conduct a publicity tour at WonderCon, aiming to increase Warrior Entertainment's public influence. At the same time, they also hope that Warrior Entertainment can truly be on par with comic giants Marvel and DC Comics in five to ten years. At the WonderCon comic exhibition held in Los Angeles, Denis Shamdasani was interviewed by reporters and talked about the future development path of Warrior Entertainment.

Speaking of the partnership with DMG, Shamdasani said: "It means we can control not only the creative level of the project itself, but also the progress of the project. (This cooperation) is very beneficial to us because we can really control the quality of the work. Warrior Entertainment is an independent entertainment company, and we are also doing our best to keep new progress secret. However, the news about the movie version of "Bloodshot" and "Archer & Armstrong" has leaked."

Bloodshot

It is said that the movie version of "Bloodshot" has entered the production stage. Original Pictures and Sony Pictures are co-producers and will be responsible for the global distribution of the film. The script of "Archer & Armstrong" has been completed. As for the three most famous anime characters under Warrior Entertainment, Doctor Phantom, Mobile Ninjago and XO Manowar, there are no plans or news for adaptation yet. "These three characters are too important for Warrior Entertainment. We hope to wait until everything is ready before making a move." Shamdasani said.

Founded in 1989, Warrior Entertainment owns more than 2,000 anime characters, including Quantum Brothers, Bloodshot, and Night Shadow. In 2015, the 25-year-old Warrior Entertainment planned a new blueprint and planned to adapt its many anime characters into movies and TV works. Last month, Chinese entertainment company DMG Media announced a cooperation with Warrior Entertainment in film, TV, publishing and other fields. DMG invested tens of millions of dollars in Warrior Entertainment's equity, and will also invest 100 million US dollars to produce movies and TV shows based on Warrior Entertainment's superhero characters.
