CATDOLL: Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F theatrical version topped the box office on the first day

Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection of F was released on the 18th. After much publicity, the box office of this theatrical version really had a great start. According to statistics, a total of 716,000 people went to the theater to watch it within two days of its release, and the box office revenue reached 960 million yen. This data instantly surpassed the theatrical versions of Detective Conan: Sunflowers of Inferno and Crayon Shin-chan: My Migration Story ~ Cactus Showdown! that were released on the same day, and instantly topped the list.

Compared with the previous Dragon Ball theatrical version, "Dragon Ball Z: Rise of Gods", this theatrical version saw a 27.4% increase in the number of viewers and a 40.3% increase in box office revenue.

The original work of "Dragon Ball" is a manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) from 1984 to 1995. The work has been translated into 24 languages ​​and has sold more than 230 million copies. This theatrical version is the 19th theatrical version of the same series.
