CATDOLL: "Sound! Euphonium" voice actor concert to be held in October

The April new show Sound! Euphonium has been on air for nearly a month. Kyoto Animation recently announced that it will hold a concert on October 24th, where the voice actors of the four heroines will play the instruments of their characters.

The "Sound! Euphonium" concert will be held at the Maeda Hall of Senzoku Gakuen College of Music on October 24. The four voice actors, Chiha Kurosawa who plays Kumiko Oumae, Ayaka Asai who plays Hazuki Kato, Moe Toyota who plays Midori Kawashima, and Chika Anzai who plays Reina Takasaka, are working hard on their respective instruments. We look forward to their wonderful performances at the concert. In addition, Takahiro Sakurai who plays Noboru Taki and TRUE who sings the opening song will also attend the event. The Blu-ray Disc and DVD Volume 1, which will be released on June 17, will include a priority sale application ticket for this event.

The original work of "Sound! Euphonium" is a novel written by Takeda Ayano. It is set in the wind band of Kitauji High School and tells the story of how the band members gradually grow up under the strict guidance of their new advisor. The TV animation version is produced by Kyoto Animation, which has produced popular works such as "K-ON!". The director is Ishihara Tatsuya, the series composition is Hanada Juki, and the character design is Ikeda Akiko.
