CATDOLL: Additional characters and voice actors such as Noto Mamiko will appear in the January 2016 series "Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash"

The TV animation adapted from the fantasy adventure light novel "Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash" is produced by A-1 Pictures, the company that produced "Sword Art Online", and will be broadcast in January 2016. Recently, the animation added new characters and voice actors. Tomokazu Seki, Daisuke Namikawa, Hiroki Yasumoto and Mamiko Noto will join the work.

"Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash" is a light novel written by Japanese novelist Ao Jumonji and illustrated by Rei Shirai. It tells the story of a group of men and women who have lost their memories and their adventures to save themselves.

Story summary of "Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash": "Why are we doing this...?" When Haruhiro came to his senses, he found himself in darkness. He had no idea where he was, nor did he understand where this place was. Around him were a group of men and women who had lost their memories like him and only remembered their own names; after leaving the underground, a world "like a game" was waiting for everyone. In order to survive, Haruhiro formed a team with his companions in the same situation, learned skills, and entered this world - "Grimgar" as a volunteer trainee. No one knows what will happen in the future... But all this is an adventure legend born from the ashes.
