CATDOLL: "Chibi Maruko-chan" will launch a new astronomical animation to be screened at the end of May

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the broadcast of the popular and long-running Japanese TV animation "Chibi Maruko-chan". In order to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the broadcast, the official decided to launch an animation "Chibi Maruko-chan Wish Upon a Star". This work will be released in Japanese theaters at the end of May, with a duration of 28 minutes. After that, the CG version will be released in the planetarium from July 18 to August 31. "Chibi Maruko-chan Wish Upon a Star" is a completely original story. Maruko and her friends became interested in constellations because of their exposure to "astrology" and began to learn about the "12 zodiac constellations" and "solar system planets". After this animation is released in the planetarium, everyone can enjoy this full CG animation on the semicircular large screen of the planetarium. The biggest highlight of this film is that you can see the night sky in 1974 when Maruko lived. The ticket price is: 1,100 yen for adults and 500 yen for children.

The story tells that Maruko met Mihuan who was wearing a gorgeous dress when she was going to school. Mihuan said that she dressed like this because astrology said that "wearing gorgeous clothes will bring good luck." Why can you know whether your luck is good or not through astrology? Maruko felt a little weird. So, Maruko, who gradually became interested in constellations, participated in the stargazing party hosted by Hanawa...

Momoko Sakura, the original author of "Chibi Maruko-chan", is also looking forward to this work. She said: "Chibi Maruko-chan is finally going to be shown in the planetarium. I still remember when I was a child, I kept looking at the mysterious stars shining in the sky. Although time has passed, I can still see the same starry sky now, which is really touching. I hope everyone can like this work."
