Recently, Japan's Musashino Art University implemented a plan through this. Because of the concern that public schools focus on science teaching and reduce the time for art classes, in order to prevent students from gradually losing enthusiasm and interest in art, this blackboard painting project was started in some primary and secondary schools; therefore, the students of the art university sneaked into the campus the night before to prepare this surprise.
