The 3D animated film "Rock the Mastiff", invested by China and created by a professional Hollywood team, officially debuted at the 68th Cannes International Film Festival on May 17, local time in France. The film was created by Ash Brannon, the director and screenwriter of "Toy Story 2" over many years.
