The comic "One Piece" is about to launch a Kabuki work. Today (July 28), the production company released the main actors and promotional posters of "Super Kabuki II One Piece". Ichikawa Enosuke will play the protagonist Luffy, and the work will be performed at the Shinbashi Dance Theater from October 7 to November 25. Ichikawa Enosuke will not only play Luffy in the play, but also play Hancock and Shanks at the same time, playing three roles by himself. Whitebeard will be played by Ichikawa Ukon, and Ace will be played by Fukushi Seiji. A major tradition of Kabuki is that one person plays multiple roles, so in addition to Ichikawa Enosuke, most of the other actors also play two roles at the same time. "Super Kabuki II" inherits the essence of "Super Kabuki" created by the third generation Sarunosuke, and aims to create a new era of Kabuki and produce works that are in line with the times. This time, "One Piece" is the second work in this series. Kensuke Yokouchi is responsible for the script and performance, and the leading actor Sarunosuke Ichikawa also performs. The content of the stage play version is based on the "Marine War Arc" around the 78th volume of the original comic book. For more relevant information, please pay attention to: One Piece Zone |
