Orange is a girl's manga created by Japanese manga artist Ichigo Takano. It was serialized in the April 2012 issue of Shueisha's manga magazine Bessatsu Margaret. Later, due to Ichigo Takano's health, it was suspended for nearly two years. During the suspension period, it was transferred to Futabasha's manga magazine Monthly Action. Serialization resumed in the February 2014 issue, but Takano's health was still not good, so it was serialized irregularly. The October issue of Monthly Action, which was released today (August 25), announced that it was officially completed, and the final volume of the single volume, Volume 5, will be released on November 12. The setting of Orange is Matsumoto City in Nagano Prefecture. This work tells a science fiction love story about a high school girl named Takamiya Naho who receives a letter from herself 10 years later and decides to save her beloved Naruse Sho. The cumulative circulation of the single volume 1 to 4 is as high as 1.8 million copies. In this issue of "Monthly Action", "Orange" appeared on the cover and the front page. The smile of the male protagonist Sho on the cover is full of emotion, and there is a word "bye" on the upper right side, and a reminder about the finale below: "It is finally February 15th, which determines the fate. In order to leave no regrets in the future..." In addition, the front page shows the main characters of this work happily playing with water guns on the lawn. In addition, the live-action movie version of this work has been confirmed to be released in Toho theaters across Japan on December 12. Naho will be played by Tao Tsuchiya, and Sho will be played by Kento Yamazaki, who played L in the Japanese drama version of "Death Note".
