CATDOLL: Kamachi Kazuma's "Heavy Weapon" TV animation will premiere on October 2

The TV anime "Heavy Arms", adapted from the light novel of the same name written by Kamachi Kazuma and illustrated by Nagira, the author of the popular series "A Certain Magical Index", will premiere on TOKYO MX at 24:30 on October 2. MBS will air it at 27:28 on October 3, and Aichi TV will air it at 26:20 on October 3. BS11 and AT-X will follow closely, with the show scheduled to air at 24:00 on October 4.

"Heavy Weapon" is a light novel published by ASCII Media Works on October 10, 2009. Eight volumes of the single volume have been released so far. The official abbreviation of the work is "HO", which is the second long work of Kamachi Kazuma after "A Certain Magical Index". The story of this work takes place on the future Earth where the form of war and the world situation have changed drastically. It tells the story of a student named Quenser who aims to become a designer of a super-large weapon "OBJECT" and goes to the battlefield in person.
