September 15, 2015 is the 15th anniversary of the founding of Jilin Animation Academy. The school held a three-day series of activities from September 14 to 16 with the theme of "Culture Leads the Future". The "2015 China-Korea Film and Television Media Summit Forum" held from September 15 to 16 is the highlight of the series of activities. The 7th "Snow Wolf Cup" Animation Competition Creates the "Oscar" of Chinese Animation

The award ceremony of the 7th "Snow Wolf Cup" animation competition was also held during this period.

The competition is hosted by China Chamber of Commerce of Private Cultural Industries and Jilin Animation Academy, and co-organized by Jilin Animation Academy, iQiyi, Manyu.com, Jilin Jiyuan Space-Time Animation and Game Technology Group Co., Ltd. and other organizations. The competition is themed "Running with Chinese Animation" and aims to discover outstanding domestic animation works and talents through exchanges and evaluations of Chinese and foreign animation works, promote the development of the animation industry, and build an exchange platform for animation companies, animation studios, and artistic creators.

The competition is divided into two categories: animation and comics. Since July 1 this year, the competition has collected 1,316 works, including 173 international works, of which 560 are animation works and 756 are comics. After the strict preliminary evaluation organized by the organizing committee, these works were then evaluated by a review team composed of domestic and foreign animation experts such as Chang Guangxi, Jin Guoping, Huang Xinyuan, Park Se-hyung, Hugo Martel, Jin Cheng, Wang Ze, Chen Weidong, Zhu Wanzhu, and Arima Keitaro. After three days of fair and standardized evaluation, 8 animation awards such as Best Animated Film, Best Animated TV Series, and Best Animated Short Film were finally selected, and 9 comic awards such as Best Single Comic, Best Four-Frame Comic, and Best Multi-Frame Comic were selected. The winning works were announced one by one at the award ceremony.

The "Snow Wolf Cup" animation competition, which has been successfully held for six sessions, has become an international, professional and authoritative event. This award ceremony will also build a new bridge for world animation cultural exchanges and cooperation.

2015 Youth Art Quality Education Forum opens up a "big channel" for art education

In addition, the 2015 Youth Art Quality Education Forum held during the school anniversary celebration was also a highlight.
