CATDOLL: "Wake Up, Girls!" will launch a new TV animation and Yamamoto Hiroshi will no longer be the director

The idol project "Wake Up, Girls!" recently announced that it will launch a new TV animation, but the main initiator of this project, Yamamoto Hiroshi, will no longer be the supervisor of the new animation, and the animation production of this work will also be replaced by Hiroshi's company. It is really a big change. This time the new chapter of the TV animation production will be handled by Millepensee, and the new chapter of the animation supervision will be replaced by the animation supervisor of "Tennis is not funny" Shin Itachi, and the character design will also be changed from the previous WUG series animation chief supervisor and character designer Nao Chikaoka to the original WUG animation animation assistant drawing supervisor Miyuki Sugawara, and Nao Chikaoka will only be retained as the original character designer.

The new episode of "Wake Up, Girls!" is scheduled to be broadcast in 2017, and WUG has also announced that it will start auditioning for three new voice actors for the roles, with the final audition to be conducted on March 11, 2017. It seems that the new TV animation of "Wake Up, Girls!" may be able to catch up with the broadcast of the new show in April.
