A popular baseball manga that was serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha) in the 1970s, "Baseball Maniac Poems" will be serialized again in the comic magazine "Weekly Shonen Champion" No. 47 (Akita Shoten) released on October 22; in addition, this time the latest work in the short story series "Baseball Maniac Poems Special Edition" was announced in "Weekly Shonen Champion" No. 46, which was just released today (October 15).

Yamada Taro, the protagonist of another baseball manga series "Big Eater" by Mizushima Shinji, will have a dream match with Mizuhara Yui, a female professional baseball pitcher from "Baseball Mad Poem". This revival is the first revival in about 10 years since "Baseball Mad Poem Special".
