The science fiction manga "Inuyashiki (Kenya)" created by Hiroya Oku has been announced to be adapted into an animation and a live-action version. They will be released in October 2017 and 2018 respectively. The promotional PV for the animation has been released.

Inuyashiki is an ordinary office worker in his 60s. He is not respected by his family at home, and he can't find his purpose in life. He is also declared by the doctor that he will not live long. Frustrated, he and another boy were hit by a sudden alien creature in the park, and their bodies were destroyed. In order not to affect the order of the earth, the unknown alien creature reborn Inuyashiki and the boy - they became super "humans" with human appearance but mechanical bodies and outstanding combat abilities. The two "mechanical humans" who still have their own will use this power to embark on completely different paths.
