CATDOLL: July 2016 new anime "The Legend of Handa-kun" character promotional drawings released

The character design of the new series "Handa-kun Legend" was announced in July 2016, and it will be broadcast on TBS and BS-TBS. This work is a spin-off of "Genki Danzai" by Japanese manga artist Yoshino Satsuki, and mainly describes the story of the protagonist Handa Seishu in high school.

The spin-off manga "The Legend of Handa-kun" began serialization in the November 2013 issue of the magazine "Monthly Shonen GANGAN". "The Legend of Handa-kun" is a story that took place 6 years before "Genki-chan", and tells the story of Seifusa Handa in high school. In "The Legend of Handa-kun", Seifusa Handa is extremely shy, and the only person he talks to in school is Kawato. In the spin-off manga, Handa gives people a cold feeling from the beginning and does not interact with others, but in fact many people in the school like Handa, but Handa always feels that someone is talking about him behind his back every day and feels that he is hated, so he falls into a vicious circle. In the spin-off manga, Handa also suffers from amnesia and becomes particularly friendly and enthusiastic to others and extremely narcissistic.
