CATDOLL: "Fate/EXTRA" TV animation PV announced to be released in 2017

The first PV of the TV animation of "Fate/EXTRA" was announced, and it will be released in 2017. Series composition: Nasu Kinoko! The work is adapted from the PSP platform role-playing game released by MMV-i. "Fate/Extra" is neither a sequel to "Fate" nor a spin-off, but a completely new work that debuts in the form of a battle-type maze role-playing game.

In the world of the 2030s, the stage of this game, a huge organization called the "Western European Zaibatsu" uses financial and military power to conduct thorough resource management on a global scale, so technology and human progress are stagnant. Therefore, on the surface, technology has not changed since the 2000s.

The world view of this work is consistent with the basic setting of the world view shared by many TYPE-MOON works, but it is a parallel world derived from the 1970s, which is the common world view of many TYPE-MOON works, and it is not simply the future of works such as Tsukihime and Fate.

In this world, the great source of mana has been exhausted. Therefore, the "magic (Magi)" and "magus (Magus)" in the common worldview of TYPE-MOON have almost all declined, and the magic association only has the "Atlas Institute" which does not rely much on magic.
