CATDOLL: The theme song and promotional poster of the live-action Japanese drama "Higurashi When They Cry" are released

Information about the latest live-action TV series of "Higurashi When They Cry" has been reported before, and the official recently announced details about the show's promotional posters and theme song. The show will be aired on May 20th.

The new live-action TV series will be based on the original work's "Ghost Hidden", "Mian Liu" and "Sui Sha" chapters, each with 2 episodes, for a total of 6 episodes. The main actors are members of the Japanese girl idol group NGT48, and the theme song "Where Are You?" (君はどこにいる？) will be included in AKB's 44th single "Wings Are Not Required" (翼はいらない).

However, judging from my preconceived first impression, I always feel powerless to complain about this actor...and the male lead Inaba Yu just finished filming "Kamen Rider Drive" not long ago, and he is acting in this type of movie right away. I seriously suspect that special effects fans will skip the plot when watching this drama.
