The animation "Orange" announced that it will be adapted into a theatrical version, named "Orange Future", which will be released on November 18, continuing to tell the story of Naho Takamiya and Sho Naruse from the perspective of Hiroto Suwa. The animated theatrical version will include classic scenes from the anime version, as well as new interludes drawn by the original author Ichigo Takano. It will still be portrayed from Suwa's perspective, and the last episode was already considered when the first episode was serialized. "Orange" tells the story of the protagonist Takamiya Naho who received a letter from herself 10 years later in the spring of her second year of high school. The letter told Naho what would happen in the future, and in order to prevent Naho from doing "something she regretted" like herself, the letter instructed Naho on what actions she should take. What Naho regretted 10 years later was that she failed to save the life of Sho Naruse, whom she liked in her second year of high school. So Naho decided to change her fate, but although Sho also liked her, he was very hurt because of his mother's suicide. How could she change Sho's fate? Naho began to work hard to take action. |
