"Magic Kaito 1412" is a television animation series adapted from the manga "Magic Kaito" created by Japanese cartoonist Gosho Aoyama. It is produced by A-1 Pictures and will be broadcast on Yomiuri TV and Nippon Television Network in Japan from October 4, 2014.

【Story Introduction】

Kaito Kid, the great thief who uses magic to steal all over the world, appears for the first time in 8 years.

Kuroba Kaito, a high school student who loves magic, declared in front of his classmates that he would fight with Kid and arrest him. On that day, Kid announced the theft of the gem "Moon Eyes" that was on display at Ono Bank. Kaito returned home and accidentally discovered the secret room left by his deceased magician father, Kuroba Toichi. For some reason, the room contained the same costume as that of Kaito Kid. Kaito went to Ono Bank with the idea that he would know something when he met Kid, and thus learned the truth about Toichi's death and the unknown side of Toichi...
