CATDOLL: "Plastic Memories" releases first PV trailer

We have previously reported that the TV animation "Plastic Memories" led by Aniplex and written by MEGAS has announced the main creators. Today, they also added the first PV of the animation, which also revealed some of the characters. The song in the PV is very ethereal and healing, but also sad. Judging from the video, this work is likely to be a tear-jerking drama.

The story takes place in the near future, when robots look like humans. SA Crop, a robot manufacturing company, produces Giftia, a robot with human-like emotions. However, due to technical problems, this robot also has a lifespan. For this reason, SC Crop "euthanizes" Giftia, which has exceeded its lifespan. A new employee of SC, Mizuki, and the robot Isla, together with Giftia, who has reached the end of her lifespan, make "retirement" arrangements, but...
