"The Rise of Beiyang" is the first in the full series of "The Ironclad Warriors of the Celestial Empire". It focuses on the formation and establishment of the Beiyang Fleet. It is an anime anthropomorphic atlas based on the main battleships during the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895. This book is not based on war stalks, but mainly introduces the formation of the fleet and the attributes of each ship, including character design, four grids, illustrations, and hull science. This work is like the three copies of the game, divided into a peaceful period, a period of intense fighting, and a period of fierce fighting. "The Rise of Beiyang" tells the story of a relatively peaceful period, while "The Invasion of Nations" begins to introduce the leading countries and international forces of the same period. Celestial War Girls Alliance: The name of the club specially organized for this project, formerly known as "Xingquan Club". Its president is not very famous but has received good reviews in the fan circle for his sincere attitude. His slogan is "I want more people to like and recognize what I do."

Under the theme of commemorating the 120th anniversary of the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895, this project with the theme of telling the story of the Beiyang Fleet was born. After discussing its historical and national characteristics, it was decided to adopt this theme book that mainly tells about armaments. Because this subject is sensitive and has a lot of content, the original fan club is unable to handle the difficult task. For this reason, Black England, who is engaged in publishing, and professionals in various fields were hired. Therefore, Xingquan Club went beyond the scope of the original fan production and established a special club engaged in this project, and named it "Heavenly War Girls Alliance".
