CATDOLL: TV animation "Go! Princess Pretty Cure" character design, are you kidding me?

The spring anime "Go! Princess Pretty Cure" which will be aired in April 2015 recently released character designs... but to be honest, they don't look real at all. The level of detail and visual quality of the drawings are far from the previous works. As a long-standing popular series, Pretty Cure would not destroy its reputation like this. Besides, the promotional pictures used to attract audiences should be as surprising as possible, but this rustic style of drawing... makes people speechless.

We speculate that this is most likely a collaboration between Pretty Cure and a candy brand . The evidence is the words "grape flavor, peach flavor, lemon flavor" in the lower right corner, and "Furuta" in the upper left corner of the title.
