Today, Zhang Wang, a Chinese master painter, posted two paintings of Gundam and Zaku with unique Chinese door gods on Weibo. The heavy mechas are presented with a free and unrestrained fairy spirit under Zhang Wang's creation, and there is no sense of disobedience when paired with the traditional Chinese military costumes. Zhang Wang was born in Tianjin in December 1976. He is an associate professor at Nankai University and holds a master's degree. His majors are Chinese painting and aesthetics. His research interests include digital art, public sculpture, and animation art.
