CATDOLL: DreamWorks' new work "Homeland" exposes artistic concept map inspired by Guilin landscape

A set of art design drawings of DreamWorks Animation's "Homeland" which will be released in North America on March 27, 2015 has been released. It is reported that the film is expected to be introduced to the mainland.

The world set in the film is full of futuristic feeling, and the unique scenery and strange buildings become the magnificent and wonderful scenery along the road trip of the protagonists Oh and Tip. The places they pass by are not only in the style of the towns in the Midwest of the United States, but also in the winding mountains and rivers inspired by the landscape of Guilin.

The two protagonists of "Homeland" are voiced by "Sheldon" Jim Pearson and Rihanna respectively.

Home is based on Adam Rex's children's book The True Meaning of Smack Day. The film tells the story of the Boovs who want to find a new home. They are overconfident and invade the Earth. While they are busy renovating the blue planet, humans are quickly relocated from their homeland to other places. The story is so magical. Tip, a resourceful girl from Earth, meets Oh, an exiled Boov, while escaping from pursuit. The two fugitives embark on an unforgettable road trip together. Jim Parsons, "Sheldon" in "The Big Bang Theory", voices the "disliked" alien technology man Oh in the film. Rihanna, the queen of the music world, also participated in an animated film for the first time. She voiced the energetic girl Tip from Earth in the film.

The inspiration for this scene design came from a photograph of Guilin landscape.

This is where the little girl Tip and the Boov alien Oh first met. The design was based on the style of the American Midwestern cities.

"Home" creates a brand new world, with vegetation and buildings all unique in their own way.
