CATDOLL: The final volume of the "Naruto" manga sold over 870,000 copies in the first week!

The Naruto manga, which was serialized in Weekly Shonen JUNP since 1999, was concluded in November 2014. The final volume 72 of the Naruto manga was released on February 4. Statistics show that in just one week, the final volume of the Naruto manga sold 874,000 copies, and the sales volume for this week ranked first in the Oricon weekly book sales ranking list!

Not only that, the sales of books related to the series are also very hot, ranking second and third in the sales rankings respectively. The spin-off novel "Naruto Kakashi Secret Ice Sky Thunder" (original work: Masashi Kishimoto novel written by Akiyoshi Higashiyama) ranked second with sales of 61,000 copies, following the final volume. The illustration collection "Naruto Illustration Collection UZUMAKI NARUTO" (author: Masashi Kishimoto) ranked third with sales of 43,000 copies.

Although the original manga has ended, the Naruto craze has not yet faded. In March, the stage play "LIVE SPECTACLE Naruto" will be performed, and in April, the "Masashi Kishimoto Naruto Exhibition to commemorate the end of the serialization" will be held. In the summer, a new theatrical version of the Naruto series will be released.

Finally, here is the final volume of Naruto, Volume 72, which includes the congratulatory pictures drawn by Masashi Kishimoto's assistants and other cartoonists for the completion of Naruto. Some of these pictures have a strong Kishimoto style, and some are even more impressive than Kishimoto's! I hope that some of these assistants will be able to create cartoonists who can create works that are not inferior to Naruto in the future!
