CATDOLL: The comic "The Gourmet Advisor" is announced to be adapted into a live-action series

A new food manga "The Gourmet Advisor" co-authored by Masayuki Kusumi and Haruki Izumi, the authors of the popular manga "The Solitary Gourmet", was recently announced to be adapted into a live-action series and will be broadcast on Tokyo Metropolitan TV in April 2015.

The protagonist of "The Advisor of Gourmet", Hongo Haru, is a foodie who also has a strong pursuit of food. He is also a "Chuunibyou patient" with a Zhuge Liang in his head. The story around "eating" is also full of military tactics and wits. The protagonist in the film will be played by Kanji Tsuda. The work is currently being serialized, and the fourth volume of the comic book is expected to be released on March 19.
