CATDOLL: Japan's popular mascot "Funari Sei Rocking and Rocking Days" will be broadcast on March 30

"Funashi Seiji Yoyo Yoyo Hiyori" is a local mascot (ゆるキャラ; Yuru-Chara) character created in late 2011 and became famous all over Japan in 2013. Created by an unnamed original creator and promoted through online video sharing and attending various on-site promotional events, Funashi Seiji is the "unofficial" (Japanese: unrecognized) mascot of Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. Due to its unique hyperactivity, amazing jumping ability and talkative and noisy character setting, it is very different from the general local mascots in Japan, so it has been able to stand out and gain high attention.
