CATDOLL: "Shonen Jump+" contest opens, editors and readers jointly decide serialization

Shonen Jump+ has set up a new comic submission project - "Shonen Jump Rookie". The winning works will be signed with Shonen Jump+ and confirmed to be serialized. The first "Shonen Jump+ Serialization Contest" has officially started.

The Shonen JUMP+ Serialization Contest is recruiting works that have not been published in commercial magazines and commercial websites. The recruitment content includes the completed drawings of the first episode, as well as the titles of the second and third episodes. The contest has four review stages. First, the readers' votes for the "Shonen JUMP Newcomers" are counted, and then the JUMP editorial department serialization meeting is held; the third stage is the "Shonen JUMP+" reader vote, and then the JUMP editor-in-chief and deputy editors will enter the serialization review meeting stage to finally decide who will win the contest prize. It is truly a five-level pass and six-level cut.

The contest will certainly select more than one work, and promise serialization rights as well as JUMP COMIC's single volume. It seems that many new works will be born in the near future, which is good news for comic fans.
