CATDOLL: July new show "Gakuen Lonely Island" adds voice actor QB as Taromaru

The animation "Gakuen Lonely Island" will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other TV stations on July 9. The clever and cute Shiba Inu Taromaru will be voiced by Kato Emiri, who has played roles such as Hiiragi Kagami in "Lucky Star", Hachikuji Mayoi in "Bakemonogatari", Kinoshita Hideyoshi and Yuko Kinoshita in "Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts", and Kyubey in "Puella Magi Madoka Magica".

"Gakuen Lonely Island" is a manga written by Japanese light novel writer Norimitsu Umiho and illustrated by cartoonist Saduru Chiba. It was announced in June 2014 that it would be adapted into a TV animation.

Story summary: Yuki is a lively and cute high school student who attends Meguminogaoka Academy. As a member of the school life club, she spends her days helping the gardening club grow vegetables or happily cooking with Kurumi, the shrewd and capable president Yuri, and the advisor Sakura Ji (commonly known as Ji-sister). However, one of the club rules is that you cannot be alone in the school building at night!? Why are there so many wandering shovels stained with blood and the secrets of the four people?
